Am looking at 17 unit apartments for 780K and know I really dont have the cash.  Anyway after my coaching on Saturday wee were discussing what the sellers needs are.  So I was looking at my paperwork and realised the seller had loans of 350K. BING! Offer the seller the 350K and try and get seller financing on the rest.  If so I can afford it! Awesome
